How does your subscription service work?

When you take out a subscription on our website you are essentially saying I'd like a recurring order of that product. You can choose the products and frequency of deliveries easily when you log in on our website.

How do I set up a subscription?

You can add from a product page or add from inside your account. Set the frequency you'd like and you’re done!

How do I change/cancel my subscription?

Click Subscribe on our website and Login. You have the choice to Skip the next delivery, Reschedule or cancel/pause your subscription from your dashboard.

How do I remove products from my subscription?

Click Subscribe on our website and Login. You can edit the quantity or swap the products you have subscribed to.

How do I edit my next subscription date?

Click Subscribe on our website and Login. You will see a button to Reschedule or Skip your next order.

How do I pay for my subscription, and when will I be charged?

When you initially set up your subscription you will be asked to add your card details and choose an order frequency. On your first subscription you will be charged for that order with a 50% discount and it will be sent to you asap. We will then securely hold your details in our system and you will not be charged again until the day before your next order is due to be sent. (Remember those frequencies you set up?) Don’t worry though we’ll email you before this time to let you know of an upcoming charge and delivery.

Please note it is your responsibility to update your delivery dates of your orders as this system will automatically send the next order on the date specified.

How do I update my payment details?

Click Subscribe on our website and Login. Click Addresses and Payment Details in the menu on the right to make the necessary changes.

I’ve been given a new card and forgotten to update my subscription and now my delivery has failed. Help!

Don’t worry you’ll be notified straight away if your card has been declined on your next charge date. To update your details to resume deliveries, click Subscribe on our website and Login.

Click Addresses and Payment Details and amend accordingly. Click Upcoming Orders and you can click 'Send Now' on the dashboard to release your next order.

Will I be charged subscription fees?

No, in fact it pays to be a subscriber as you’ll receive a 50% discount off your first order then 15% off future orders by subscribing.

How do I update my shipping and billing address?

Click Subscribe on our website and Login. Click Addresses and Payment Details on the right menu and scroll down to Your Addresses and make the necessary changes.

Do I get free delivery on my subscription orders?

Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders at Devoted. You can choose to pay a small fee for express delivery.

How do I add a discount to a current/next subscription?

Click Subscribe on our website and Login. Scroll down the page to the ‘Add Discount Codes’ section. Add the discount and click ‘Apply’.

How do I apply a Rewards discount voucher to my next subscription order?

Go to your account when logged in and click the Manage Subscription button. Scroll down the page to the ‘Add Discount Codes’ section. Click ‘Redeem Rewards’ and follow the process.

Can I have subscription orders and still buy the odd one off item?

Yes, you can buy as you normally would on the website as well as having recurring subscription orders.

Are all your products available as subscriptions?

Yes!

What happens if I forget to skip/cancel my subscription?

For any upcoming subscription product, we will send you a reminder email prior to your order being dispatched so as to give you plenty of time to ensure you still want the order or if you would prefer to move it back to a later date.

If you decide you don't want the order on this occasion, but don't push the order date back within your subscription account or contact us via email for help before the order is despatched, the order will continue to be delivered.

It is then your responsibility to reject the delivery or return the order for a full refund.
