Our rewards program is straightforward: earn Pup Points by shopping and engaging with us. These points can be exchanged for discounts, free products, or even used to support charitable causes. We're always adding new and exciting rewards, so stay tuned for updates.

You can earn Pup Points in several ways:

Make a purchase on www.devotedpetfoods.com and earn 1 Pup Point per £1 spent (2 points for subscribers). Look out for double or double points events.

Refer friends to earn £10 and get them £10 off their first order.

Celebrate your pet’s birthday with us (50 points).

Follow us on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to earn more points.

By joining Devoted Rewards, you agree to become an active participant in our community focused on positive nutrition for dogs. You'll receive emails about your account, points balance, and information on special points events and new rewards.

Check your points balance and any pending points in the overview or Devoted Rewards section of your account and log in.

Pending points are points earned from recent actions that haven't fully processed yet. They typically become available within 2 days.

You can earn unlimited points through purchases with a limit of 1500 per purchase. Some actions may be restricted to one-off, such as following us on social media.

Log into your account and go to the Devoted Rewards section to redeem your Pup Points for rewards. You can select rewards based on your points balance; unavailable options will be greyed out. Once you confirm your selection, you'll receive a discount code.

Voucher codes cannot be combined with other discounts or codes.

Pup Points don't expire. Vouchers expire two years after being claimed.

Points for returned or cancelled orders will be reversed.

Share your unique referral code with friends. They'll get £10 off their first purchase, and you'll get £10 off your next order too. If a referred friend cancels or returns their order, the £10 will be removed from your account.

Ensure you are logged into your account during checkout. Points may take some time to appear as pending. If you forgot to log in, contact us with your details to apply the points.

Navigate to the Devoted Rewards section and look for the "Ways to Earn" area. Click on the Pet’s Birthday option and enter the birthday details.

If you decide to leave Devoted Rewards, contact us to unenrol you. You'll lose any accrued points, but you can rejoin anytime, starting your points balance from zero.
